Technical Assistance

While the ultimate goal of mission-driven organizations (for profit and nonprofit alike) should be power building and impact accelerating, they can only achieve these goals if they develop strong infrastructures and sustainable approaches.  Designed with these needs in mind, the technical assistance and capacity building program aims to provide support and solutions as well as access to experts to tackle current and future challenges. The program covers a large variety of issues from digital strategies for mission-driven organizations, executive briefings on fundraising and board development, financial planning to futures-thinking strategies.
